The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed in Librilla the operation 'Xinzo', an investigation framed in the services of prevention and persecution of drug trafficking, which has resulted in the dismantling of a clandestine greenhouse dedicated to the cultivation and manipulation of Marijuana
The two people responsible for the plantation have been arrested / investigated as alleged perpetrators of crimes against public health, drug cultivation or processing, and fraud of electric fluid.
Among the actions carried out to detect drug trafficking, the Benemérita began the operation by having knowledge of the existence of a property in the urban area of ​​Librilla that could be linked to the aforementioned criminal activity.
The research carried out on housing allowed researchers to verify that a clandestine greenhouse dedicated to the cultivation of marijuana was enabled.
During the investigation device, the civil guards also identified two people who were allegedly following the authorship of the criminal acts investigated.
During the investigation it was detected that the suspects adopted all kinds of precautions and absolute discretion to avoid being detected and allegedly carried out the exploitation of considerable indoor cultivation of marijuana plants intensively.
Once all the necessary evidence and prior judicial authorization have been obtained, the Civil Guard has made the entry and registration of the property in which a greenhouse dedicated to the production and handling of marijuana has been dismantled and the two have been arrested / investigated suspects as alleged perpetrators of crimes against public health, for cultivation or drug production.
In addition, after detecting an illicit connection of the greenhouse to the electricity grid, they are credited with the alleged responsibility for the crime of fraud of electric fluid.
In the registry, civil guards have seized about 400 marijuana plants, which were in their last phase of cultivation, so it is estimated that the distribution of the drug would be imminent.
In the house several rooms had been enabled for intensive cultivation of cannabis sativa, with the capacity to produce around 2,000 annual plants.
They have also seized all tools used for the development of the illicit activity clarified: sophisticated lighting, heating, ventilation and irrigation devices, such as air conditioners, extractors, electric water pumps for drip irrigation, spotlights with their respective lamps and transformers of up to 1,000 W of power, electrical panels, fertilizers, industrial air filters to camouflage odors outside, containers, weather stations, precision scales, etc.
The arrested, the investigated, the apprehended drug, the seized effects and the proceedings taken have been made available to the Court of Instruction of Totana (Murcia).
