The actions began last September within the 'Plan against the cultivation, production and trafficking of drugs', when the Civil Guard opened the operation to investigate a series of events allegedly related to drug trafficking in the municipality of Librilla. The first steps of the operation focused on verifying suspicions about a property that housed a large marijuana greenhouse. As a result of the investigations carried out, the main line of investigation was established on the members of a criminal group that, adopting all kinds of precautions and with absolute discretion, carried out the exploitation of considerable indoor and intensive crops of marijuana plants oriented to a mass production of cannabis inside a house. After obtaining all the necessary indications and prior judicial authorization, the Civil Guard has carried out the entry and registration of a chalet on the outskirts of Librilla, which had been illegally occupied, in which a greenhouse dedicated to the mass production of vegetables has been dismantled.
