The Director of Local Administration, Diego Pardo, met today with the mayor of Librilla, Mar Hernández, to take stock of the actions of the Plan Dynamizing Works and Municipal Services 2016, as well as the application of funds that the Autonomous Community Has destined to the municipality of Librilla.
Pardo said that "the financing of the 2016 Plan, which in the case of Librilla, by express wish of the city council, is ready for its award, is a truck for the collection of urban waste."
The Director General of Local Government commented that "we have also been commenting on the possible works and services that will be addressed with the 2017 Plan which, as a novelty, has a 20 percent increase over the previous year, which means that they will be allocated Six million euros for municipalities of less than 50,000 inhabitants. "
He also recalled that "projects that are presented to the Autonomous Community as eligible for funding, must be submitted to a process of citizen participation, as the Government that presides over Pedro Antonio Sánchez seeks to involve the citizen in the tasks of government and decision-making ".
It should be recalled that under the Regional Action Plan for the Dynamization of Works and Municipal Services 2016, the Autonomous Community, through the Ministry of Presidency, contributed 75,331 euros to acquire the aforementioned vehicle for the collection and transport of municipal solid waste.
For its part, in 2015, the Works and Services Plan involved a subsidy of 43,874.60 euros for the resurfacing of streets Sargento Antonio Hernández and Virgen de Fátima and 39,943.19 euros for the repair and improvement of municipal lighting .
