The Governing Council has authorized the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries the expense consisting of an aid for a total amount of 4,179,986 euros for the modernization of irrigation infrastructure of the Irrigation Community of the Tajo-Segura Transfer Librilla, to be made between annuities from 2018 to 2020.

This aid is included in the framework of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020.

The eligible actions cover, among other aspects, the installation of filtering heads in the driving and gravity areas, power supply via medium voltage overhead power line, solar photovoltaic power generation plant, water distribution networks, hydrants collective and individual irrigation, and installation of pipes and automation systems of the irrigation network.
