On the occasion of the International Day of Disabled Persons, to bring attention and mobilize support for key aspects relating to the inclusion of people with disabilities in society and development, by Librilla Progressive Union (UPRL) in collaboration with the Association Relatives of People with Disabilities in Librilla, AFAPEDIS, implement a Solidarity Campaign which aims to raise funds for the Association, heavily affected by the cuts made by the Governments of Argentina and the region, and have left without aid or subsidies vast majority of Associations of Disabled.
We encourage all people of Librilla to show support for the great social work done in our town this Association and want to contribute to activities that may be maintained in its center, autonomously and independently.
The campaign will start on Wednesday December 3 and will last throughout the Christmas period, under the slogan "Felicita this Christmas with heart" is the publication and sale of a Christmas card that will be available in shops and establishments solidarity Librilla who wish to collaborate with the Association.
The postcard, whose symbolic price is 1 €, and which has made a circulation of 1,500 copies, has the invaluable contribution of the writer and poet Don José María López Otálora, born in Librilla, currently residing in Madrid, closely linked our people, who has given free copyrights of his work "Carol Hamlet" dedicated to Librilla and found inside his poems "The switched voice."
